Do you work with my state?
We offer telehealth in 12 states: Florida, Oregon, Arizona, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Missouri, Maryland, Texas, Michigan, Virginia, Maine, and Delaware. We confirm eligibility on the call before anything else.
What happens after the call?
If you’re a fit, your private async intake link arrives by text. You complete it on your time, then Casey Thompson, FNP-C, reviews it with oversight from Jonathan Hodor, MD. If approved, we prepare your personalized protocol.
